Further, as approved title agents for Attorney's Title Fund Services, we also provide title insurance and closing services for our clients.

At Martinez Morales, we aid clients in disputes involving purchase and sale contracts and options, secured loans, inter-creditor agreements and real estate agent disputes, management and operating agreements, ownership and control, title matters, and commercial leases (including eviction and forcible detainer actions, and rights of first refusal matters).

On consensual matters, our team represents lenders in commercial loan closings, forbearance agreements, loan modifications, deed-in-lieu transactions, workout negotiations, distressed real estate loan sales, mortgage assumption agreements, and consensual sales through receivers. Furthermore, we represent lenders in mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, suits against guarantors, fraudulent transfer claims, fraud investigations and litigation, and sales of distressed real estate through powers of attorney, receivers, and as REO property.
