Monica Sabates is a litigation associate at Martinez Morales where she focuses her practice in the areas of complex business, real property, personal injury, construction litigation, and first party property insurance claims.

In 2017, Monica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in philosophy. She then continued her education at the University of Miami School of Law earning a Juris Doctor degree in 2020 and placing on the Dean’s list in 2018 and 2019.

Prior to joining Martinez Morales, she was an associate at a law firm where she practiced probate and guardianship litigation and administration.

Monica has been admitted to practice in the State of Florida since 2020. She is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and Cuban American Bar Association.
